Nicole is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (2009). Nicole’s study of holistic nutrition and martial arts led to her fascination and inquiry into body alignment, physiologic function and anatomical structure. She facilitates the body’s innate ability to restore structure and balance in areas of injury and pain bringing optimal body health, function and performance.

Nicole focuses on the root of dysfunction, not symptoms, for long term effect and resolution. She honours a holistic path to healing health care and welcomes a collaborate approach to treatment with other health practitioners and disciplines to meet a patient’s goals.

Nicole’s treatment approach is based on identifying root causes. She uses structural integration to unwind body patterns that have developed through repetitive activities, strains, posture and trauma. She uses balancing and alignment techniques such as:

Myofascial release Deep-tissue massage Joint mobilization Muscle energy technique Visceral release

Nicole enjoys working with active people with specific joint and muscle injuries as well as helping people with chronic pain and relief. Nicole has had the opportunity to help and welcomes those with:

Repetitive injuries, for example, carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet syndrome, epicondylitis, and plantar fasciitis Acute, chronic and/or degenerative injuries Nerve injuries Chronic illnesses such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, fibromyalgia Specific joint or muscle injuries

Nicole encourages patients to be proactive in working towards their goals and prescribes specific remedial exercises for her patients to improve health and quality of life. Stretching, strengthening, and postural exercises as well as modifications to daily activities are part of individualized treatment plans.

Nicole’s style is interactive. During assessment and throughout treatment you may be asked to demonstrate movement to show progression. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow a range of motion. Nicole will observe your wish for a more restful treatment, if you prefer.

Nicole is registered with the College of Massage Therapy of BC and is a member of the Massage Therapy Association of BC. She attended the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and holds a diploma in holistic nutrition.

When she is not working Nicole enjoys out doors adventures with her husband, cooking, gardening and yoga.

[Cassandra is not offering ICBC direct billing at this time.]

Cassandra graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2012 and practiced in Victoria BC until September 2020.

Cassandra’s hands on experience has rounded her treatment style to include muscle energy work, Clinical Somatics, fascial release, and deep tissue as needed. She enjoys working through the process of recovery and is always open to working in new ways to reduce her patient’s symptoms.

Her most recent courses rounded out her Somatic training and she is now offering specific somatic-based treatments for those who are interested in a different approach.

Cassandra has significant experience working with posture, pregnancy/post partum, sports injuries, TMJ issues, frozen shoulder and S/I joint issues.

She enjoys working in conjunction with other modalities for the best outcome possible and promotes booking same day with other therapy modalities to get the most out of a treatment.

Massage is for all shapes and sizes and there is no issue that should be brushed off as “just age” or “normal for me”. Just like any other personal upkeep, massage can be a pleasant time out from the daily grind while being beneficial to your mental and physical health.

Cassandra works towards balance in all aspects of daily life, both inside and outside the clinic. She uses this philosophy to fit her after treatment “homework” to her client’s lifestyle. Strength, stretching, awareness exercises, and breathing exercises all have the potential to be adapted into busy schedules.

Recovery, maintenance, and prevention do not always need to involve a gym.

Illiana has been practicing massage therapy for five years. She graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria in 2007.

After graduation, Illiana worked in Saanichton, BC with a chiropractor and another RMT for two years. She then decided to give in to wanderlust and went to work in Northern BC on a floating fishing resort and Richmond, BC during the off season. She enjoyed her time working in different parts of the province and is now thrilled to be back working and living in her home town of Campbell River! Massage therapy is truly her passion and she is excited to join the group at Thrive Therapeutics.

As massage therapy can be beneficial for a range of different pathologies, Illiana’s interests are constantly changing and evolving as her practice goes on. She has a keen interest in fascial work as well as both deep treatment and relaxation massage. These varied techniques are well adapted to treat a wide demographic of clientele.

Hi, I’m Sherry and passionate about helping people find balance and relaxation through the power of touch. Vancouver Island is my home, spending most of my time in Campbell River recently returning from Victoria.

Certified I.I.R practitioner in 2006 and recently expanded my practice with Shiroabhyanga (Ayurvedic scalp massage) training in Victoria 2024, I’ve always understood the deep relaxation a good scalp massage provides and thought this was a great addition.

Reflexology stimulates pressure points in the feet, hands, and ears to support the body’s natural healing, reduce stress, and restore balance.

Shiroabhyanga, an Ayurvedic scalp massage, uses warm oil and rhythmic movements to release tension, nourish the scalp, and promote deep relaxation.

Bringing these two therapies together has inspired me to dive deeper into healing practices.

I love creating a peaceful space where clients can unwind and reconnect with themselves. If you’re curious about Reflexology and/ or Ayurvedic scalp massage, I’d love to share more and help you experience their benefits firsthand.
